Currently, Digital Photography is the rage and digital photographs can be printed on site as handouts, postcards or e-mailed home. Then the digital shots can be incorporated into a video production... add music, a screen and a computer projector and you have an instant presentation.

Group Photos are an excellent way to capture the essence of your meeting. A 5x7 or 8x10 color print in a folder with the company logo or a beautiful keepsake frame that can be made available prior to departure or sent out later as a "Thank You" for attending the conference.

Over the past five years, one client has evolved from an entire group photo to smaller groupings and now to candids of the participants during their activities. These can be put in mini photo albums, that also include local stock scenery shots and participants are given a complete memory book of their stay in the Vail Valley. Additional prints and enlargements can be ordered by the individuals at a later date if desired.

Power Point Presentations are a must for corporate meetings. With the latest projection  technology, these presentations can be created on site. This is a perfect way to create an awards presentation with digital photos of the winners that were taken the day before at the conference.
